Administrator and school officials can use both public and secured blogs to help share their reflections regarding action research. By using blogs ideas can be shared, thoughts can be logged, and eventually reviewed for reflection. Multiple individuals can supply input to the same blog and feedback can be given.
Action research or administrator inquiry is a systematic approach to reviewing data, recognizing a problem, implementing a change based on research, and reflecting on the change that has been made.
